Information About Transcripts

For all transcript requests:

If you are a former student, and need a transcript sent, please allow a minimum of one week after your request has been made for your transcript to be sent. All transcript requests must be in writing, and a photo ID must accompany this request. There is also a $2.00 fee for all official transcript requests. Requests can be made by sending an email, with a scanned photo ID attached to mdefrenza@glenbrook.k12.il.us. Requests by fax to: 847-486-4739, or by U.S. mail to: Glenbrook Evening High School, Attention: Melissa DeFrenza
1835 Landwehr Rd., Glenview, Il 60026. Please also include the name of the school and address you would like your transcripts sent to.
Fee's can be paid by cash or check, payable to Glenbrook Evening High School.
