Whats
going on at GBE:
Glenbrook Evening High School has moved from Glenbrook South.
We are now located at:
1835 Landwehr
Glenview, IL 60026
(next to the Glenview Ice Center)
Registration for the Fall semester of 2011-2012 is currently taking place. Please contact Ms. DeFrenza (847) 486-4709 or Mr. Santa (847) 486-4465 to schedule an appointment.
Glenbrook Evening High School classes are held Monday-Thursday from 6:00-9:30 pm. Please see the link for our 2011-2012 course offerings, and school calendar for detailed information.
Autos class will continue to be held at Glenbrook South, and start at 5:45 pm, with a dismissal time of 9:15 pm. Welding classes will continue to be held at Glenbrook North, and will start at 5:45 pm, with a dismissal time of 9:15 pm.
All residency documents must be completed prior to the first day of school. Residency forms are located at the District Office, which is now located at:
3801 West Lake Ave. Questions regarding residency can be directed to Ms. Linda Regal at (847) 486-4717.
Health forms, and completed physicals must be turned in prior to the first day of school at GBE.
There is a fee of $60.00 due upon registration. Checks can be made payable to GBE. If you qualify for free or reduced programs, this registration fee can be waived. The school fee covers use of books, and all school supplies.
The first day of school is Monday, September 12. Students who are enrolled in Welding will report to the auto's door at Glenbrook North. All other students will attend class at GBE, located at: 1835 Landwehr, Glenview.
There will be an all school student orientation meeting on Tuesday, September 13. All students must attend, and school will be held from 6:00-7:30 pm on that night only. This is the only night of early dismissal.
Graduates of January 20, 2012 will be able to participate in the commencement ceremony held on June 1, 2012.
If you are requesting your transcript to be sent to another school other than what you have requested, please leave a message at 847-486-4709.
Transcripts will be mailed only after you have faxed a written request, along with a copy of your photo ID, the address to which you would like your transcript mailed to, and your contact information. Please allow one week for transcripts to be mailed out.
